You switch on a light if you feel it's dark in your room and just change your mind & switch it off if it's too bright. You don't plan extensively before using the switch or go in detailed what-if analysis to figure out if it's right time to on/off the light. Let's start with real life example: Advocate Lutheran General Hospital  in Chicago land area advertises  using bill boards at various locations in the area and print ads in magazines . The message they want to send is "we are there to help you in the area". How does hospital know whether print was  more helpful to customers or Billboard ?  Was bill board on highway 53 better placed for it's customer or the one on Metra Station. iPad - My Business travel companion

I have had a very hectic business travel schedule so far this year which has kept me on the road for a significant time. Like everyone else in my position I cannot stay away from my email even when I am traveling.
